It's that time of year! While we're not ready to think about the holidays just yet, it's important to remember that custom orders need to be placed early. This year, our cut-off date for guaranteed delivery by December 24th is October 15th, 2025. Please note that the holiday season often causes backorders and shipping delays. Planning ahead can save a lot of stress. We will still process orders after October 15th; however, they may not ship until after January 1st, depending on our workload.

Custom product orders are submitted once a week. Usually Monday morning. If you have just a piece or two we can include it with our weekly order. If you would like to order several items for a team we can expedite those orders anytime. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for completion. During Holidays and busy times like show season please allow up to 6 weeks. We do everything we can to get your product to you as soon as we possible.

For embroidery work there is a one time set-up/digitizing fee on your first order per logo size. All subsequent orders will not need to include this fee.
We also offer an extensive line of t-shirts and screen printing for events. We handle these on an individual basis so we can get the best pricing available. Please contact us for a quote.
